I had the pleasure of being assisted by Suhrab at the hotel, and I must say his service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to address all my questions, providing exceptional assistance and making my stay even more enjoyable. It's truly refreshing to encounter such dedicated professionals committed to delivering excellent customer service. Suhrab's attentiveness has left a lasting impression, greatly enhancing the overall quality of my experience at the hotel.

I got an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, which was fantastic.

Wifi was not working throughout my stay and they could not accept credit card payment which created inconveniences.

Price

For one night it was good. Came in from a cold and wet night, into a warm room. Rooms appear to be hastily put together, but everything worked and the cleaning staff had done a good job. Reception staff are knowledgeable and will give good advice. They got me a reasonably priced taxi to the airport, so, do ask.

Nothing to do with the hotel, you get what you pay for, but the taxis from the airport to this town will dissuade people from using airport hotels in this town. They make up prices and will refuse to use the meter. The sooner the tourism authorities get this situation under control, the better tourism will thrive here.
