Niezbędne spdzery jak pralka ,czajnik, maly aneks kuchenny , wanna.I możliwość korzystania z dużej kuchni wspólnej.

Lata świetności ten budynek ma już za sobą, ale jest ok. Budynkowi przydałby się remont.( rozchodzące się panele,poubijane plytki,stare meble).
