La desserte en transports en commun pour rejoindre la gare et le centre historique, insuffisante et perturbée par des travaux, avec des difficultés pour trouver des infos claires et à jour L'ambiance et la décoration un peu impersonnelles (mais fidèles aux photos) L'impossibilité de laisser nos bagages le dernier matin, pour quelques ultimes visites avant de reprendre le train L'absence de moustiquaires A noter : le partage de la kitchenette avec l'appartement voisin ne nous a pas posé problème car celui-ci était inoccupé, mais dans le cas contraire ça aurait pu être un peu contraignant.

non mi è piaciuta la posizione, è veramente complicato raggiungere le bellezze di Verona coi mezzi e non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non venga specificato che si tratta di una stanza al terzo/quarto piano in un condominio senza ascensore. Dovrebbe essere specificato in quanto può rappresentare un problema per chi ha molti bagagli.
SEThe spacious bedroom and bathroom, newly renovated. The helpful stuff who communicates via WhatsApp so I won’t rely on Booking messages. AC working fine during very warm days in Verona. We did travel with the train and the location was ok (20’ walk) from Porta Nuova.
Dusty in some parts of the floor and some cutlery were dirty in the shared kitchen. During our stay (07/2025) most of the bus stops were removed or moved away due to work on the roads that made the traveling to the center quite annoying, specially with the heat.
IEGreat for a family with two bedrooms, a bathroom and access to a kitchen. The kitchen had a fridge, kettle and coffee maker with filled reusable pods. The bathroom was really nice and had soap, shampoo and shower gel. There was aircon in each bedroom.
GBGBGreat facilities, comfy beds. Easy to get to the city center, bus and train station. Very responsive and accommodating host. Nice safe are as well, feels local. Grocery store nearby, Lidl.
GBVery welcoming, delightful hosts, even let us check in before the time as we had an early flight. Place was very spacious and love the little amenities they added, lovely little touch.
More toilet roll could of been helpful, but not an issue.
