"Good hotel but be careful with them trying to cheat"

We had booked at the Grand Khan which is more expensive and the tried to move us to the cheaper hotel saying that it was the same. They found a solution after we complained but still, they lied. Very sad to face this type of situation.

"Nice place outside city centre"

Nice room in a quiet setting. Restaurant on premise was good, and had cold beers.

"Terrible check-in, slow restaurant, nice rooms"

Breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable.

The check-in took almost an hour. They didn't have a room left in the "normal" hotel and therefore gave us a room in the "grand" hotel. At first they said we had to pay more than indicated on booking because the "Grand" hotel is more expensive. It also took the restaurant 1,5 hours to prepare a normal Schaschhlik.
