I found dinner tasty and sufficient quantity. Some elderly staff members were good and responding. Hotel was little congested by calm.

Lack of cleanliness. Too much time to resolve issues like geyser not working, current in many electric appliances (Water, tea cattle, in plugs) Majority of the item non-working (TV, Intercom, Geysers) Premium rooms have Mouse moving around

During my stay, the housekeeping crew kept my room immaculate, and whenever I needed extra towels or a quick refresh, they were there without me having to ask. The breakfast buffet was delicious and served with friendly service that literally made me feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care the staff shows every guest. Only thing which i didn't like was the scarcity of time I had in patna bcoz i genuinely wanted to stay stay there a little longer.
