Dar Authentic Fes - familly hosting

They’re super nice family who are running the it together! The building was a 1350s one but very well maintained! The decoration is fantastic and their food are super too! Highly recommended!

Dar Authentic Fes is the little cousin of Restaurant Palais Fes Yahya a neat nearby Restaurant-Hotel with beautiful interior design and architecture. Both facilities are run by the members of a local family and the dinners are cooked by the mom. Therefore the hospitality is excellent with very friendly vibes. Everyone in the stuff is ready to cover every need. The Tanjeen we ate here was THE BEST in the whole country and I'm not exaggerating. The room was big enough and comfortable, however it was in the ground floor and the smell wasn't very good. The location is inside the Medina just a few minutes walk from all the action but the establishment is hidden in an dark corner and for some that might be a bit claustrophobic. Overall, a good experience, and a very helpful staff. The boys do everything and always with a smile on their chin. 🙂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à l’équipe Dar Authentic Fez, des gens très attentionnés et soucieux de vous rendre tous les services possibles. Au cadre traditionnelle, une cuisine excellente, personnel souriant et serviable, avec eux il n’y pas de problème qui ne trouve leur solution de la manière la plus heureuse possible. Ils se sont chargés de toute l’organisation de nos excursions et nous n’avons eu qu’à nous en féliciter. Nous avons beaucoup de gratitude envers eux et ne manquerons pas de loger à nouveau dans cet établissement lors de notre prochain voyage.

We had an absolutely unique stay! The room was super clean, beautifully furnished, well located and with a fantastic terrace. But what made our stay so unique were the hosts - they were so warm hearted and welcoming. Our stay was unforgettable thanks to Hamza, Jad and Abdul. We can also highly recommend the tours through and around the medina recommended by the hosts as well as the hammam treatment. We will never forget our stay and the hospitality. Thank you for everything!
