Location and view

While having our meal on the mezzanine floor, which appears to be designated as a dining area with tables provided, we noticed that the staff were not very welcoming. We were eating our own food, and the staff seemed unhappy about it. They were also reluctant to switch on the lights, which made the experience uncomfortable. A more courteous and customer-friendly approach would greatly improve the overall atmosphere.
