Minutes away from Clearwater beach

Location was pretty good with lots of amenities nearby - bit of a drive if you’re after the beaches specifically, but we weren’t. The owners were very responsive when contacted.

The property could be, and probably will be, spectacular - but right now that isn’t the case. Most Furnishings were a bit tired, almost everything seems in need of an update and decorating. Outside space had bits and machinery lying around and broken electrical products and was just a bit untidy. Generally the place was a bit tired and a bit unkept, but this didn’t impact on what we were doing

The location was close enough to beaches and amenities and it was clean. It had a washer and dryer which was nice to wash and dry towels from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the AC was good.

There were no wash cloths for bathing and only two hooks to hang wet towels from showers. There were no dish cloths in the kitchen to wash dishes and only one hand towel, no other dishtowels. There were no saucepans, only a couple of frying pans, so it was difficult to cook anything. There was no icemaker in the freezer, we had to buy ice. We saw two live roaches in the kitchen silverware drawer, so we had to wash whatever we were going to use in the kitchen to make sure it was clean.

High grass. Snakes in yard

Location isn't where a lot of traffic is. Nice and friendly neighbors. Fenced in back yard great for children.

The water pressure in the kitchen isn't great and makes it hard to wash dishes, and the bath tub was slow to drain nothing major was wrong with this property and would rent again.

Location; outdoor screen lanai and outdoor propane gas fire pit table: plenty of sleeping quarters 3 bedroom one with bunks

The house had roaches and ants. The bathroom vent is very dirty and not so sure isn’t black mold. There were bath towels and one kitchen towel but no dish cloths and no wash cloths. No paper towels a dirty kitchen sponge. No toaster No wine opener. No hair dryer. Dished out away visibly dirty. Coffee grounds left in machine and machine was more for expresso than coffee, very small bbq charcoal grill not cleaned out after last use. Sofa is an uncomfortable futon air conditioner hard time keeping up with FL heat. We book many houses in Largo area frequently (almost monthly) to visit daughter and this has been the worst for us. Reply back to our concerns where “we can give you half of your cleaning deposit but we are in Europe”. While not about the money more the health concerns with the bugs and moldy bathroom fan it has been One week later still no further reply from the owners except to say “sorry you were disappointed”

Location and overall feel of the property. Overall the property is well kept, it's nice to have had a washer and dryer on site although it took us a while to find it. There was a separate room/door from the car port that has them in.

There was a grill but no grill tools, the back yard had remnants of what was pool equipment which made it a bit dangerous for the little kiddos running around. It would have been nice to also have ceiling fans in the porch. The porch lights didn't work.

Leider entsprechen die Bilder nicht der Realität, was äußerst schade ist. Wir hatten uns eigentlich sehr auf dieses Haus gefreut und wurden bei unserer Ankunft dann doch sehr enttäuscht. Da wir in dieser Unterkunft nicht bleiben wollten (Pest Control war einen Tag vor unserer Anreise zugange…dies hat mir sogar der Anbieter bestätigt und die Überreste von dem Einsatz haben wir leider vorfinden müssen usw.) mussten wir uns für die restlichen zehn Tage unseres Urlaubs eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Schade, aber so kann es eben leider manchmal auch laufen…
