Pandu guest house

Great location, very close to Ubud city and just a 5-minute walk to the Royal Palace and Art Market. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

I recently spent seven days in Ubud at Pandu Guest House, and I can confidently say it is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The entire guest house is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable, and you have everything you need for a perfect stay in Ubud. The owner, Wechem, is a wonderful man who lives there with his lovely family. They are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Besides being the owner, he was also our personal driver during our time in Bali. Thanks to him, we now have unforgettable memories, as he took us to many beautiful places where we truly enjoyed every moment. If you want to have an amazing experience in Bali and meet wonderful people while staying in Ubud, I highly recommend Pandu Guest House. It truly deserves the highest rating.

In central Ubud so easy to get around, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms big and spacious

No cleaning for 3 days so room was a bit dirty

It's a very central homestay, it's easy to access whatever you want in Ubud. Many eateries around and a great laundromat nearby as well. The bed was the best, I slept so well. Great to have air-conditioning. The host is so friendly and helpful, he answers promptly on WhatsApp and gave me great food recommendations! Will return when in Ubud. Also the best part is the dogs... they are too cute 😍

A mini fridge was the only thing I really missed. Having one would make it top notch.

No room cleaning services so over a few days bin can get full/room a bit messy. No fridge :(

Hosts Wacem and Eka were very gracious, friendly and helpful. The rooms were new, bright and clean (we booked one room via Booking and another room later on for the same dates via A***a). Pillows a bit too soft for me, but that's a personal preference. Wifi, air conditioning and water heater worked well. The bathroom was huge and also very clean. Coffee and tea were provided, along with an electric kettle in the room. There is a water dispenser along the balcony area. Nice spacious balcony with a small table and two chairs, plus a drying rack for towels. Excellent location within walking distance from eateries, coffee places, a cultural show site, launderette, and even a silver jewellery workshop. Less than 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Please don't complain about the lack of a TV. Why would anyone need a TV while they're on holiday???

Nothing the hosts can do about it, but Jl Sriwedari used to be a quiet street. Now, lots of traffic goes up and down the road at all hours of the day, so bring earplugs, especially for rooms number 2 and 3, that face the road. Ear plugs also great when you have inconsiderate guests in room number 1, talking and laughing loudly until past midnight. We had to endure 3 out of 5 nights of noise with different guests from the same South Asian country staying in room number 1.
