The Shankara View

The room was comfortable, the shower was amazing. The staffs are very kind and supportive. The location was easy to access.

The bed had fleas.

Loud alarms on doors making sound in the night, echoes in corridors, very loud environment before midnight

Totally filthy place - rude and disgusting staff

Private transport was restricted in the hotel's locality and we had to walk to and fro from the hotel with our luggage for both check in and check out. One of the rooms allocated had a musty smell on account of dampness in the walls.

Given the type of small town this was the best. I didn't expect something this good in a small place like Omkareshwar

Size of the rooms differ from what is shown in photos, hotel was a bit noisy and doesn’t have any view even if it is called ‘The Shankara View’ , restaurant at the top floor doesn’t offer entire menu even if mentioned in menu card
