The property was large and very clean. It had everything required for a long stay. The pool was beautiful, however we did not have great weather so could not use it.

Everything was just brilliant. Beautiful place, clean, well-appointed and the pool and grounds are fabulous. The host, Agostino is incredibly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

Just the location means that you need a car.

What’s not to like? This place is beautiful! The pool and outside dining area are brilliant. It’s the perfect spot to completely relax. The outside shower is great for after a swim and the outdoor telly kept the music playing while the pool was lit up on an evening.Great ambience . Thank you Agostino.

The villa was in quite a remote spot when it comes to bars restaurants shops. The Beach Club which is 200 yards away had closed for the season and the next bar was 10-15 minute walk but only open til 7pm I would advise hire a car and stock up for great nights at the villa itself .

In the words of our teenage son: “This place is so cool!” Now if a grumpy teen calls something his parents picked out “cool”, you know you struck gold, right? The villa is simply palatial, beyond perfect for a big company (we were 7 people, two families with kids), with sizable rooms, plenty of bathrooms, two kitchens (one of them outside, and with a huge barbecue grill to boot), a well equipped laundry room, all the amenities and appliances one needs (and so much more) and a very helpful and super welcoming host who catered to our every need. The pool was a great advantage, too: the kids absolutely loved it, especially when they spotted a flat screen TV on one of the patio walls and realized they could be watching the Euro 2024 final outside while at the same time luxuriating in the pool (which is exactly what we did, by the way). The only drawback of this place is that it is so comfortable you don’t ever even want to step outside and see what’s around. It took us two days to get off our chez lounges by the pool and visit Syracuse (spoiler alert: the city is impressive, but we still longed to come back to the villa as fast as we could).
