No tv, no water heater, cannot use the shower (use toilet tap to take a bath), sticky floor, old towel, and there was even cockroaches. The picture advertised was not what you will get. Not even a little bit.

Nothing At All. Worst experience in my life.

Had booked n paid for the room for 3 adults. When I rushed from Klang at 4pm n reached that hotel at 8.30pm. The receptionist to us that no more room n doesnt received my booking n I showed them the screen shot app. She called someone regarding my paid room n asked to wait. While waiting n asked the receptionist, she told me that only 1 unit double bed n 1 unit single bed left . If I interested then she calculated n told to top up RM49 at the normal rate. I had offered to top up RM20 for the 2 rooms, she rejected n told to wait. I told her that I have to pay them at normal price for their mistake. We needed to rush to My grandmother in law wake. Then a lady walk in that they cannot do anything n refund that I had paid. I had requested the 2 rooms n willing to top up RM20 but also rejected due to they mistake. I willingly to top up another RM10 for the 2 rooms also rejected. Luckily at that time one of her male staffs n inform that another hotel had the room for 3 adults at RM95 n accepted to take the room at another hotel that 3 shop lot away n their refunded RM82 that I had paid for.I went over n paid n collected the key n rushed for my grandma in law wake. Worst experience in my life n waited for an hour.
