掃除も行き届いており綺麗でした。 内装もこだわっておりみんな喜んでいました。

Automated checkin felt very impersonal and insecure. Unusual setup with 6 beds in one room. No windows.

"Blend of modern and tradition"

The accommodation is clean, big and comfortable, suitable for families. We love the private onsen especially the kids as this is the first time they are experiencing the onsen and they are too shy to go to a public bath. Check in on the day was really smooth and easy coz we did a pre check in to save time. The instructions to self check in and get to the place were clear. There's also a nice sushi restaurant and Lawsons just a stone's throw away.

Nothing much to complain about.
