There was no cleanliness, there were silverfish on the bed, the toilet door lock was broken. The cupboard was not clean, there were ants in the room, there were no toiletries in the toilet, the towels were stained

Breakfast was not upto the mark.

Comod top was broken. In spite of complain, nobody took care to repair.

Nothing.

I was absolutely disappointed with my 2 days stay. I had to have bath in cold water inspite of complaining to the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was very ordinary and was served very very late. Although the notice board said breakfast starts at 7>30 am , it arrived only close to9:00 am. I wouldn't recommend anyone. The room service is pathetic and they don't clean the room properly or replace the bathing materials after a bath.

Entire property smelled of pigeon shit Rooms were not clean Rooms had big windows with plain glass but the curtains were not enough Food was bad, restaurant area was very dirty again full of pigeon feathers and shit Property looks better in photos but not in reality Water blockage issues in bathroom
