Aspri Ammos House

We liked this spacious well-equipped apartment near a free sandy beach and within short driving distance to Kavala. The host Georgia is a wonderful person, ready to respond to any request. Thank you Georgia very much for the food you provided before our arrival and also, for the gift before our departure!

Georgia is one of the best hosts I ever had! Not only that she is very friendly and helpful, but also thoughtfully left food in the fridge and cosmetics in the bathroom besides all the other basic staff in the kitchen. The house has a bbq and you can sit in the garden. Our small daughter was very happy with her stay as well, thanks for the gift!

There are a lot of dogs in the village who are not sleeping the whole night.

Beautiful property close to the beach Spacious two-bedroom house, very clean, full kitchen including a dishwasher and stocked with everything you may need. We could also use the backyard with a nice gazebo and a bbq. Air-conditioning is in the living but powerful enough to cool both rooms. The beach is 5 minute walk. The beach is unorganized and does not have tavern but this is what we liked about it. The neighborhood is great and everyone was very friendly. They only speak Greek but we could communicate through a phone app. We loved the location so close to the beach. There are no restaurants and/or cafes in the neighborhood but everything was 8-10 minute drive away. I can recommend checking out Bougatsa “O Giorgos” for breakfast. This is a great property for a nice family vacation close to the beach and I highly recommend it. Georgia is a wonderful hostess. It was easy to get in-touch with her and she let us check-in early. She also gave us a nice parting gift. We had wonderful vacation and will be visiting again next time we are in Kavala.

A wonderful place, amazing in every way. Clean, well equipped, everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hostess was extremely kind, we settled in easily. The yard is very well maintained and comfortable for children to play. I recommend it, especially for families, besides the nearby beach which is a few minutes walk away, there are other great beaches nearby with playgrounds and other entertainment. We would love to visit again.

Perfect place for families with small children. Well equipped kitchen, two decent bedrooms and a nice living room. Backyard is on your disposal as well. Host are very friendly and kind. 2min from the beach with a car.

The house had literally everything you could need to make this a pleasant stay. It was well-equipped and we felt right at home. The yard was also very nice to spend time in. We had the gazebo and the trees made it nice and cool. We used the AC only one night as the temperature in the house was good, although outside it was hot. It was also pretty close to the White Sand beach and close enough to Kavala to visit every night but still be far from the noise and hustle. Our host was very nice and welcoming. She waited for us with cold water, milk and cereal for the kids and everything we needed to make a quick bite after arriving. She also gave the girls a small gift and they were delighted. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing time in the area.

Nothing really. Everything was beyond perfect!

Very equiped accommodation, it has everything you need, including higiene material in the bathroom. Georgia left us more than enough towels and much more. The beach is close, 6-7 minutes walking, and it's almost like a private beach, because it's not crowded. Fully recommendation for this place.

Very clean and convenient accomodation with all that might be necessary during a holiday stay is provided. A little sandy beach is very close after 10 min walk. The host is very kind and friendly.

I was expecting parking in the yard of the house, and the parking was on the street near the house.

The house is perfect for family with the kids.The place is quietly.You have beautiful beach on 5 min.walk.The house is full equipped.

We have only problem with the internet
