Great apartment! Located in the center, less than 10 minutes from the main square. It’s spacious and well decorated in an old-fashioned style. There’re air conditioners, tv in every room, good wifi connection.

The apartment is located on the second floor, so you have to climb steep stairs to get there.

The host were always available, responsive and helpful.

Couldn’t fault it.

Apartment was clean and very comfortable for our group. Close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants Owner was quick to respond to all our queries .

Central location, steps away from Leaning Tower, Pisa Central station, shopping and restaurants. Big rooms with A/C and TV in each room, and adequately equipped kitchen.

There was a slight odor when entering the building, but other than that, nothing to complain about.

the beds were uncomfortable, the floor was very cold and slippers were definitely needed and the smell of dampness was heavy.

The apartment is located in very centre of Pisa and offers convenient access to its attractions, as well as public transport (Pisa Centrale is within 15 minutes distance). Flat is located on second floor of old stylish house in middle-age district, available only by long narrow stairway. Honestly, no splendid views and impressions are available from any window, however this is no disadvantage anyway. Apartment is completely refurbished and outfitted in modern and elegant way. Thing that needs to be considered, the building that hosts the flat contains other booking.com/airbnb locals. The guests may be very noisy and give you hard time such as 'neighbours' did to us one night. There is unfortunately nothing that hosts can do about it. The surrounding area around "Piazzetta" as far as we know Pisa, being there few times, is very calm and mostly inhabited by local community. Apartment itself contains all necessary facilities as per description, with emphasis on washing machine, you will always find making tourist life easier. The hosts offered good contact and were responsive, as well as huge package of complimentary amenities, including inter alia adhesive plasters in all sizes xD

Please consider following: -furnishing of spare keys to house and apartment, as it gives more flexibility to the guests, -provision of few complimentary ear plugs sets, in case of noisy neighbourhood, -getting rid of odd smell spreading all over behind main entrance.
