There is a pool advertised, but it was broken

My friend and I had a great experience in the female dormitory, fair for the price you pay, quite spacious, with ac and big bathroom. Good location, close to the main area with bars and restaurants, and close to the waterfall too. The staff was very kind and let us check out later.

The bedsheets were not super clean, I would suggest paying more attention to the cleaning. The pool was completely dirty.

The view and the area around was good but the facilities they offer were not up to the mark of the cost of a deluxe room.

We are not at all happy with the stay & services at Tapovan Hills. We visited during the off season and still there was no cleanliness maintained. Also, the complimentary breakfast facility was poor and food was not good. The facilities offered during our 3 days stay was just given for the sake of it. The pool was also not maintained and cleaned regularly. We are very disappointed at the cost they are offering a deluxe room which doesn't offer facilities properly, even the room service and staff service was very slow and poor. Would not recommend this hotel as they are not functioning well even in the off season.

One of the highlights was the stunning view, which added to the overall charm of the place. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to unwind and enjoy my time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay

Budget friendly luxury hotel. Very beautiful rooms and common area. New property. Swimming pool and Cafe is amazing. Worthy hotel.
