Extremely Disgusting & Uninhabitable Conditions – moved out on the same day- No Refund Given

We were absolutely horrified the moment we entered the room. There was a strong, overwhelming smell of fungus and dampness throughout the entire unit, making it difficult to even breathe comfortably. Upon checking the fridge freezer, we were shocked to find what appeared to be blood stains inside, which was extremely disturbing and unhygienic. The bathrooms were foul-smelling, visibly unclean, and clearly not properly sanitised. The floor was sticky, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned at all. The overall condition of the room was completely unacceptable and raised serious health and hygiene concerns. Due to these uninhabitable and unsafe conditions, my entire family made the difficult decision not to stay at all. This was not a matter of preference, but a necessity for our well-being. Despite repeatedly requesting a refund from both Booking.com and the property owner, no refund was granted. It is deeply disappointing and unfair to be charged for a stay we could not use due to conditions that were entirely beyond our control. This experience caused significant distress and inconvenience to my family. I strongly do not recommend this property to anyone, especially families, and urge others to reconsider before booking.
