Zayan Holiday Inn

GREAT place to stay. Beautiful house surrounded by nature. The host is very approachable and wild help you in anything you might need during your stay. Do not hesitate please to try their delicious meals.

Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours prêts à aider. Emplacement à 20mins à pied de la plage. Salle de bain commune propre, lavée tous les jours.

The guys running the place were so friendly and helpful. On the first night there wasn't a tuk tuk quickly available so the manager drove me into town (just 5 minutes for a discounted fee). They also helped with every query and concern, including switching rooms when the rooster next door was loud in the morning.

It is located in a very quiet area, at walking distance from Uppuveli beach but at the same time the neighborhood has a more local and authentic vibe. Also the room attendant was such a kind man, always ready to help.

The location is not correct, ending in a few problems to arrive there (but at last I was able to reach them by phone and they provided the correct directions to the tuc tuc driver). The right location is in Jinna Nagar.

The mattress was comfortable

The room was very small and there was no space for the baggage’s. When we arrived the towels and toilet paper were missing. The thin walls allowed us to hear the other rooms guests speaking at 6 am.

The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, the owner even drove us to a bus stop with his own tuktuk for a very reasonable price. They were really knowledgeable about the area around the hotel, so if you have questions regarding marble beach for example, they will help you out efficiently. The rooms were really clean and quite spacious, we did not have aircon, but a ceiling fan which was enough for our stay in july. There are some social spaces as well. The location is really close to uppuveli, so it's near the beach and a lot of great restaurants are also nearby. Daytrips should also be no problem as the bus station is only a km away and can easily be done on foot.

Nothing really everything was clean and the service was great as well. Only thing the wall outlets were positioned a bit weirdly but it's no problem if you can use one outlet for multiple devices.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was idyllic and peaceful. I had a relaxing break. The staff were caring and kind. I felt like royalty visiting. The new renovations really bring the place up. Absolutely stunning views from the top balcony. Felt like I was in a movie. Everything was clean and I felt safe staying here. Location is great, quiet and tranquil community. They even have transport via Auto available which is very useful and reasonably priced. I would 100% come back here. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I am very happy.
