Apart-Hotel David

The flat was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five and we loved our stay here. It was a fantastic location to visit the Christmas markets, less than a five minute walk away and the 360 penthouse view of the whole city was wonderful for watching New Years fireworks. Can highly recommend this flat for a cosy winter holiday. At the price point was very good value and had everything we needed for a great base for exploring Tbilisi with shops and good restaurants near by.

Although clean, some of the bedsheets and towels were slightly stained and could be replaced.

Great part of the city, walking distance from old town, attractive location with nice view.

Location

Manager cannot speak English. He speaks his own language very loudly for no obvious reason or benefit as we cannot understand him. We requested extra pillow and he started questioning why you need it as you are six people and there six pillows in the apartment. We had to ask him to remove carnage and to provide hand soap and new towel. There was no daily cleaning service. There is no lift and the flat is on the forth floor and it would be hard to get there if you are tired after a long day.

Spacious and clean rooms.

It's on the 3rd floor of a wornout building. There was no elevator, and it was hard to carry the luggage. They made us wait while checking for 1 hour. Total interaction with the hosts was not pleasant.
