The fact that we weren’t informed there was a building site outside making the footpaths precarious and meaning we couldn’t have any of the windows open.

Ubicacion

Aislamiento acústico deficiente . Cada vez que el vecino del piso superior daba un paso se escuchaba crujir el techo y andaba bastante.. También el aislamiento de las ventanas no es el mejor y al estar la calle en obras excepto el domingo los demás días en planta a las 8:00. Se que la obra no es culpa del piso pero el aislamiento si.
