The villa offered the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and breathtaking natural beauty. From the moment we arrived at this stunning private beach villa, we knew we had discovered something truly special. The interiors were tastefully decorated, each room was super clean, spacious and made us feel right at home. The staff was exceptional, attentive and genuinely warm. The in-house chef prepared delicious dishes for us. This villa is ideal for anyone seeking peace, privacy and top-tier service in a breathtaking setting.

Location was excellant. Pool was great.

Very limited service. No beds were made each day and onsite food served was cold.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say it offers an excellent combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The photos provided are entirely accurate, and the warm reception we received made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is well-guarded, providing a sense of security throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. The service provided by the staff, from the airport to the villa, was truly five-star. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Sri Lanka.

Need some renovation

I booked this place last minute and somehow didn't realise I was renting out an entire villa. This place was amazing - absolutely breathtaking. I've never stayed somewhere so nice. The views were incredible and the bedrooms were stunning. Breakfast was great!

The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

Things like plates, glasses (regular and wine), mugs, bottle opener etc are not stored in the kitchen but with the staff and are available on request which was odd. We are a self sufficient group and don't like asking for things like that - would be great to just have those items left in the kitchen for use when needed - especially when you want a glass of wine at 11pm or need a plate and don't want to have to call anyone.
