The pool was nice. Very clean.

I have to give this hostel a bad score because they scammed me. They have a grift where they book you in the cheap 18-bed dorm, but when you arrive they tell you it is overbooked and they have to move you to a different room that costs 50% more. And, very clevery, they only accept cash so the price you agreed to on booking.com doesn't actually matter. After meeting 5 other backpackers who also got scammed (there were probably more, I didn't meet everyone..), I realise that this is an ongoing scam. Everyone knows that REPUTABLE hostels would not force you into a higher price, when THEY made the mistake of overbooking. That doesn't matter to Fairy Hills. I included a photo with this review, where you can see the owner writing the original price (1 mil) and the "new" price (1.5......)

Der Pool ist nett, leider fehlen Duschen am Pool

Keine Vorhänge bei den Betten im Schlafsaal, keine Möglichkeit seine Wertsachen sicher aufzubewahren. ein kleiner Imbiss-Stand wäre gut, leider gibt es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder dergleichen

Super tolle Anlage mit mega freundlichem Personal und frischen Drinks & dazu noch der schöne große und saubere Poolbereich. Trips und Transfers können ebenfalls bequem vor Ort gebucht werden. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten soooo genossen & mir ganz viele Mango-Smoothies gegönnt :)

Klopapier in den Toiletten wäre noch nett gewesen :)

La piscine est le gros positif de l'établissement. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable malgré qu'il soit dur (bloc de béton). La gentillesse du personnel. Il est bien situé, proche des activités, d"un marché et de la plage. Il propose la location de scooter.

L'établissement est isolé dans une ruelle. Il ne propose pas de restauration. Vous devez utiliser Grab pour vous alimenter (compter environ 1h d'attente même si vous payez la livraison prioritaire). Étant reculé, Grab a plusieurs fois annulé notre commande par manque de chauffeur. Le rapport qualité prix nous a déçu. Le prix était élevé par rapport à la qualité de l'hôtel. Pensez également qu'Il faut payer votre séjour en liquide.

Good location, hammocks and the pool are nice

18 beds in one dorm, it is just crazy. I stayed there for 3 nights and I’ve never seen the bathroom clean, it was littered and dirty all the way, I’m not sure is stuff even cares of it. Personnel does not speak English so it’s quite difficult to communicate. The first day I arrived the woman at the desk was almost rude. Wi-Fi does not works in the dorms.
