My bed was the worst i have slept in the past 82 years Bar closing at 8.00 pm on Sunday night even for residents

The restaurant was OK but not a great choice of food. Breakfast was adequate

Room was dirty, insects crawling on carpet, was in annexe behind hotel. Was advertised as accessible room, hotel is not disabled guest adequate really struggled with bathroom facilities and being able to access restaurant

Hot stuffy room even though the fan was there it was useless and didn’t have any effect. Rock hard beds, and peeling paint on ceiling and doors, gap under door, loud when other guests slammed their doors which were close together. Food average

amazing view comfortable bed nice big shower most of the staff very pleasant very good restaurant our server lily was great and great location

the cooked breakfast was very low quality and very low quality ingredients the bacon was like cardboard and had a funny taste, same as the sausages my beans were very cold i didn't eat it my partner ate less then half of hers and it made her sick for rest of the day we had the pancakes for rest of our stay which i will say were very good good size tv in our room but the channels are set out very complicated for some reason and the shower can get very slippery no slip mats my partner has m,s and she very nearly fell! we had an amazing stay and weren't worried about the odd couple of bad things the good things about the hotel made up for it and were planning on coming back as soon as possible but on our last day our stay was absolutely ruined when we were accused of something that we absolutely never did we went out of our way to be respectful and polite the whole time we were there and when we tried to explain to the lady that it was nothing to do with us her tone was very sarcastic and condescending which we found very upsetting and found being accused of things very unpleasant we left very upset, until this happened we really really liked this place but now were not sure we want to go back which we find very sad my partner is especially upset 😢
