"Amazing staff experience"

The staff was simply amazing: always heplful, friendly and very welcoming. They invited us to feast with them and checked on us even when we left for Hanoi. The Hotel is low to the ground, clean and safe.

La ubicación del hotel está muy bien si buscas tranquilidad en medio de la ciudad, porque está lo suficientemente separado del bullicio pero cerca. El personal del hotel es maravilloso, Annie es encantadora y muy profesional, y el gerente igual. Contratamos varios servicios con ellos y todo genial. Muy recomendable.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Swiss Hotel. Der Manager und sein Team waren sehr nett und standen uns bei allen Fragen, von Taxi bis Tour Buchung mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Hotel war außerdem wirklich sauber und hatte eine tolle Lage, mit vielen guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Dankeschön!

Einziges Manko, die Decken sind sehr dünn. Ohne Klimaanlage ist es nachts zu heiß, aber mit wird es leider zu kalt.
