Please inform AZURE Urban Resort Residences Condominium by Mylene in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PHP 5000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Pre-registration is needed before the guest arrives. Otherwise, gate security will not permit the entry. Short-term guests can only access the wave pool at an additional cost. Other amenities are exclusive only for long-term tenants and residents. For long-term reservations of 30 nights and above, a damage deposit of two months equivalent value is required. The property charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Wave Pool access is not included in the nightly rate. Guests must purchase swim band in advance for PHP 350 to guarantee the access or PHP 250 on site as a chance swimmer. Rate is per person per shift. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
