The hotel is new, it was opened just a month ago, therefore it looks really nice. Room and bathroom were nice, breakfast is freshly cooked for you. I went for cheaper option - room with fan (no AC), and it was sufficient enough for October. My room also had a balcony from where I witnessed a beautiful sunrise.

some plants around the property will be great rather than just concrete. landline for room service will be great.
