Echoes of Vlădicu

We contacted the hosts in advance and they made an exception for us by providing an evening meal for our arrival as we were coming straight from the airport in the evening. Lots of food for us to prepare was provided for our stay. The hosts gave us a friendly greeting and the quality of the accomodation is exceptionally high. Lovely view of the city. Lovely, hot, sauna that we were able to control the temperature of whenever we wanted.

I think that our hosts forgot to send us the entry code, which wasn't a problem because we were greeted in person on arrival.

The place is like a beautiful dream. There are a few houses that are part of the resort, brought from Maramures, and kept in an authentic style but also having modern facilities. The resort is on a hill, it can be reached easily by car, and it has a magnificent view of the city of Cluj from above. It has a sauna and a hot tub, you can sit in the tub and see the city of Cluj. Behind the resort there is a huge greenhouse with fresh vegetables and fruits that can be bought. The owner of the resort was particularly attentive and hospitable with everything related to an extremely pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We will gladly return in the future, and we will stay longer.

Mi-a plăcut personalitatea locului, ca un muzeu, zona fiind aproape de Cluj-Napoca dar în natură și a fost liniște. Camera a fost mai mare decât mă așteptam și amenajarea este interesantă pentru că combină funcționalutatea cu designul tradițional lemn și obiecte vechi. Am reușit să ne odihnim bine și să ne relaxăm, am și gustat din produsele tradiționale locale din partea casei.

Die schöne Aussicht über die Stadt Cluj-Napoca. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool waren ein highlight da wir auch alleine in der Anlage waren. Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig.

Die kleine Küche ist eher knapp ausgestattet, die Küchenausstattung insgesamt eher mager. Die Messer waren zudem nicht scharf.
