The Golden Park

It was easy to reach the place from the city center. Checkin was very easy. The room was clean. Communication with the staff was friendly and wifi was good. There is a big supermarket and 2 restaurants so really good for budget. I enjoyed my stay and did recommend it to my friends.

The location was very good, easy access from the airport and the metro station allowed easy access to the city center. Check-in was straightforward after following the instructions sent previously. The room and bathroom were comfortable. The supermarket was open till 11 pm. The area had amazing gardens and beautiful views.

Das Schlüsselsystem ist eine Katastrophe. Man muss sich allein um in die Wohnung zu gegangen 2 Apps runterladen, wobei dann natürlich Probleme beim Hinzufügen des digitalen Schlüssels bei mir auftraten. Nachdem mir der Telefonservice mit dem ersten Gespräch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen konnte, wurden meine Anrufe für die nächste halbe Stunde ignoriert und erst als ich es über ein weiteres Gerät versucht habe angenommen (ich möchte hier Niemanden etwas unterstellen, aber fand es merkwürdig). Insgesamt eine unnötig stressige Erfahrung, die man mit einem Schlüsselkasten ganz einfach hätte umgehen können.

The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The views were beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The restaurant across the street and supermarket were useful too.

Nothing..all was nice

Good location, close to the metro and has a grocery store nearby. Place was also clean and instructions on how to use the door locking were clear.

The owner was not responsive at all on the booking. The toilet paper ran out on the third day of my stay and it took the owner almost two days to fix this. They were more responsive on WhatsApp but it still took more than a day to refill the toilet paper which is unacceptable.

Great location and very easy to reach the city center by metro. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the room was clean

the spa and gym are outside but few minutes to walk

The neighboors who were very friendly and helped me to unlock the doors. The bathroom/shower was good.

Too hard to get in. You have two download 3 apps and follow to many instructions. Check in only from 6pm. The linen was dirty from the last booking Location is too faraway from everything One day before your check in they start sending a lot of messages with stricted rules and saying to avoid comtacting them.
