Mr. Abdeljalil, the apartment owner, is very helpful and always responds to any inquiries in a timely manner, despite the fact that I have not met him in person. Additionally, the person in charge of the building is kind and cheerful.

"Good value for money!"

The host was friendly and available.The keyless chech-in was smooth enough. The flat is spacious and clean and most importantly the shower in hot with good water pressure. There is space to park the car just outside the building and the area is qyuiet and safe despite been around 15-20mins drive from the city centre.

The flat in on the third floor with no lift so it is not ideal for people with limitted mobitily and the elderly. Beds are a bit squeaky and the flat could do with carpets as there are none. Also, one blanket per room in winter wouln't suffice.

"Very clean and tidy. Bit of a random location but ideal for us."

Very tidy and well setup. Cameras for security. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Roller shutters were broken in the bedrooms so early morning wakeups despite the thin curtains that were there. They had been broken for a long time. DIA
