"Comfortable stay, good staff, but breakfast terrace needs upgrading"

The hotel is well located in Baner, the staff is friendly, the rooms with balcony well spacious.

The breakfast arrangement is not very hygienic: during rainy season, water keeps dripping at places, plus pigeons come and taste the food, which you are yourself supposed to eat. The food otherwise tastes well, though variety is limited.

Well managed , comfortable clean property . Location is excellent . Staff is very helpful

Toilet needs a bit of doing up. Plumbing needs some attention.
