Cabañas Yei Calli

My wife and I loved the secluded cabin feeling of the place. It was really nice to have nice landscaping and nice facilities for the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom.

Train was a little noisy through the night.

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, excelente por si quieres ir a relajarte y tienes todo lo que necesitas como para no salir de ahí, solo tienes que llevar tus alimentos para preparar ahí, tiene muy buena vista de sus alrededores, y es muy amable la gente que está a cargo.

Solo si no conoces si es poquito complicado moverte a sus alrededores, pero la gente a sus alrededores es muy amable y te apoya.

If you are really, really adventurous perhaps this place will work for you. It is literally located on the side of a mountain overlooking Ciudad Mendoza just like the photos show.

What wasn't communicated so well was that the road to get to this place is narrow and steep and the last 150 yards is not currently passible using anything but a Jeep. I understand that this could change sometime in the future but for now that is the way it is. I finally contacted the host and said I needed to cancel the reservation (not sure whether I can get any money back) because it was literally moments before checking in when I realized the true situation (cause I drove to the end of the so called paved road and walked the remainder to the actual property). As full disclosure I want to add that the host did contact me afterwards and said he would have helped me get suitcases from the end of the road to the property and would have made some kind of arrangements to get my car parked nearby. I didn't take him up on this offer.
