Lovely Pub with lots of character and ambiance.Staff were very happy and went out of there way to help.Beautifully clean room with large bed and roll top Bath. Perfect couple of days, midweek!! Thank You all at the Royal Oak!!

Freezer downstairs kept coming on and switching off every hour during the night

Lovely location. All looked very pretty lit up with fairy lights.Nice atmosphere on arrival. The staff were super friendly especially Josh and Chacely. The family room was quirky with huge bunk beds that my older daughters slept in. Everything was very clean. The room was lovely and warm. Delicious breakfast. would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike

Set in a beautiful, quaint, quiet Cotswolds village. The pub/restaurant is lovely with good evening meals. The breakfast menu had a good selection of options and those that we had were great. The full cooked breakfast, in particular, was wonderful with very good quality ingredients. Our room was compact but perfectly functional and comfortable. Good water pressure (for shower). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back if in the area again.

This place is perfect - great pub with quite peaceful atmosphere. The food drinks are no less than perfect and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The place and surroundings are perfect for short and long walks in near villages and beautiful green fields.

There was one minor issue - low WiFi. I need it mainly for work and it was somewhat slow. I was still able to work though and it did not affect my experience. I still think the place is perfect and definitely going to come back next years.

Tout était mieux encore que nous ne l'espérions. Une auberge pleine de charme, très joliment décorée, avec des jeux de société à jouer dans le pub au coin du feu de bois, un dîner délicieux dans la salle à manger agrémentée de bouquets de fleurs fraîches, une chambre et salle de bains romantiques et un petit-déjeuner exquis et très copieux, le tout servi par un personnel charmant. Un rêve à prix doux.

El personal , el restaurante es muy bonito y todo muy rico , el pub muy acogedor. El hotel tiene mucho encanto en un pueblo muy tranquilo y auténtico , volveremos .
