I went to the adress and my floor in the buding was empty, there was nothing! I didnt understand. The same picture of building in the booking. Then, when i arrived very early at the morning, before i had chatting with the guy but upon my arrival no response. He send me a message the day after but it was too late.

Management is kind. It’s as expected.

Someone here commented about this and another traveler did to me when leaving. The guests are the problem. Taking calls on FaceTime at 3 am, shouting across the room at all hours to talk, letting their notifications beep throughout the night, smoking in the bathroom (not even bothering to flush the cigarette butts). I didn’t sleep for days and nor did the other person I talked to. Unless you can sleep like the dead, don’t stay here. Hostel should fine these people or kick them out. They literally have a sign saying no shouting. So it’s known. These people (Bangladeshi or Indian, certainly not Arab, didn’t care when I said it’s quiet hours. They’d then get a 9 from me if these rude people weren’t there.

The best thing about the hostel is the airport shuttle service, but you need to stay for four nights to qualify for a free return journey. I doubt I would have been able to find the hostel if I'd had to take a taxi from the airport. The fan and air conditioning are both good, as is the hot water in the bathroom.

The beds (and most of the pillows, but luckily not mine) are extremely hard, which makes sleeping very difficult. The kitchen is too dirty to even consider using, but there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There was a power cut for several hours one day. There is nowhere to charge devices in the (comfortable) common area.
