Inspiria Condo Beside Abreeza Mall

Location.

Our stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and never got cold, and the fan was broken. When we asked for a replacement, the owner told us to buy one ourselves and promised to reimburse us — which felt very unprofessional. Communication was a major issue. Even on the day of check-in, we kept asking for the check-in time but received no response. Throughout the stay, the owner remained unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility for the problems we faced. Basic essentials were also missing — no kitchen paper towels, no toilet tissue, and no Netflix. The room itself was not amazing and definitely did not justify the price. Honestly, for the same amount we paid here, we should’ve just stayed at Hop Inn where at least you know what to expect in terms of cleanliness, service, and comfort. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place unless major improvements are made in both amenities and communication.

Inspiria building security, elevator card for controlled access to specific floor, clean room and lobby, good site maintenance, room equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, tv, internet, washing machine (no detergent 🙁).

Pillows smell bad (didn’t use any pillow!), and bedsheets didn’t smell fresh. No towels, soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue, few tiny ants. The blow dryer can’t be used since the plug was incompatible with wall socket. Jug of water dispenser contains about 2inches of stale water. Kitchen sink didn’t have a water filter.

Our gracious host was easily contactable and solved any issues quickly and easily, i would not hesitate to stay there again
