Initially, a room was booked for 1080 rupees, promising air conditioning and cleanliness, yet what was received instead was a non-air-conditioned room that fell short of basic hygiene standards. Despite presenting the booking details to the receptionist, there was no resolution or acknowledgment of the issue. Upon returning to the same hotel, this time at a higher rate of 1500 rupees, the situation deteriorated further; not only was the room still dirty, but essential amenities such as towels and toilet paper were also missing, alongside the absence of promised complimentary breakfast. This series of events underscores a troubling lack of accountability within hotel management that ultimately leads to guest dissatisfaction and tarnishes the reputation of hospitality establishments.

Everything, no proper service, they'll way we'll give bucket, remote etc, but never gave. Staff were not responsive, cleanliness don't ask, its very bad at core. Sands on floor dirty commodes, mosquitoes We went to nearby mall for doing natural calls🤦♂️
