The facilities were okaish

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from this hotel. My experience was a disaster from start to finish. The manager's behavior was completely unprofessional. He kept disturbing me at night for the most ridiculous reasons, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. But that wasn't even the worst part. I had decorated the room myself as a surprise for someone special, and to my shock, the manager demanded extra money for "decorations" and then had the nerve to tell me it was against their rules! Not only did they take advantage of me, but they also ruined the surprise. But what really took the cake was the blatant disregard for privacy. I had dropped off my luggage in the room and stepped out for a bit. When I returned, I found that the manager had entered the room and was snooping around. No respect for guests' personal space whatsoever. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy at this hotel is appalling. Unless you want to risk your sanity and hard-earned money, avoid this place like the plague. *UPDATE:* If you're looking for a comfortable stay near Kolkata airport, I'd be happy to recommend alternative hotels that actually care about their guests.

The big space. Friendly host

Everything is so wonderful the room, the host, the environment, the area, service and all... I will definitely rebook again whenever I come kolkata... Specially Mr. Guha he is very soft hearted and understand what the guest requirements. If anybody planning kolkata i insist please stay once you loved it.

Mr. Guha is a really humble and helpful person. I, being a solo traveler, had a comfortable stay. Clean and decent place. Near to Kolkata Airport. very convenient.
