yes, both rooms are sea view .Room are dirty , torn down , especially toilet are very dirty . location is out from the rest of the jetty ,difficult to reach ABC , we have to hike and too dangerous because of rainy days ,is not safe for young and inexperience and elderly people ,taking a speed boat there are charges for each trip . My room was a single room A5 , there isn't hot shower although when booking shower was being stated in facilities . The tap water was dirty, I wouldn't want using it to make hot drink ,a dirty standing fan and when i switch on the fan was super noisy .One good thing was I don't need the fan because it was raining so its cold enough i need not need the fan . no kettle , no toiletress, .according to the local staff he said because of covid 19 ,many workers had gone back to their country any worker help to rebuild the unit .

beach: has very small beach front of Panuba, lots of stones inside cannot walk in sea. Cannot go to the other beach by walk only boat is the option. Room: dirty walls, TV no signal, no drinking water facility, horrible bed sharp spring coming out hurted many times, balcony light not working. bathroom: handwash sink over flow and water not going properly, dirty bathroom floors and wall, washer also worst.

there was an issue with the water of the room. I believe they should have provided a better solution than just tell us to take a cold shower from public restroom of the hotel

I want to complain about SD18's room, it is very dirty, full of dust, the furniture is cracked, the outer walls and roof are peeling, the balcony fence is waiting for the time to collapse, the toilet bowl is stained, the TV is old and does not work, the balcony door cannot be locked, the windows cannot be closed tightly, the curtains are dirty and the most unacceptable is the very dusty fan! I don't know if the sheet changed or not. and kettle full of ants. I entered the room less than half an hour later, my body got itchy because I'm allergic to dust. this is really beyond my expectation in a worst way.. sorry i can't accept a room condition like this. plus the kitchen service is too slow. Waiting for ordered food more than 2 hours. on the 2nd day I whatsapp order at 7+pm, 10pm not yet arrived! this will be my first and last visit to your resort.
