"Good location but not for cooking"

Good Location. In central Oaxaca, they have some festivals every day. If you stay in very central, it'll bother you with the noise. This apartment is a little bit away from the very central part and we could sleep with no noise.

It has no table, no plates to eat, no knives, no wine opener. We had no water in the kitchen (it takes from the tank) in the middle of our stay and it took one day to get it after asking it to the owner. If you want to cook enjoying with local veggies, it's not your place.
