"Can I get the refund back since I didn't get to stay at this property?"

Once I reach the property, there is no one to greet me. So I didn't have the mailbox to see which room that I be staying in. I try to reach the owner, and I couldn't get InTouch the owner until the day I suppose to check out. I have to stay in the other hotel next to this property.
