Mon and Dennis are fabulous hosts at their super clean hotel. Rooms and public areas are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Shower has lots of hot water and is separate from toilet which is so nice to not have a wet floor like most budget hotels. The small pool is great for a soak and quite photogenic. Also nice view from balcony rooms. Rooms in back are quiet with very good aircon and ceiling fan. Also good wifi. Several very good local Thai restaurants (not fancy) in walking distance with very low prices on delicious Thai food.

Really friendly and courtesy staff/owners Rooms very nice, great view, convenient to town. I had scooter so easy to get around Parking was good Definitely will return
