Pool and location

1. We have to go to agency to get a key and then go to property; 2. On booking website linen costs 60€, but we pay 70€ in agency (receipt available); 3. Kettle and toaster wasn’t available. 4. Broken furniture and rooms wasn’t updated (painted) long time ago; 5. Pillows dirty and stained; 6. 1 bedding set and towels was missing after we report it ( promised next day but newer happened. Antonio just brought one sheet,pillow case and two towels which also was missing; 7. Free transfer from airport to property was advertised on booking.com then we was not able to use it( called to booking. Com agent but not resolved; 8. Ladder on bunk bed was not fixed to bed (it wasn’t original one as should be and keep falling). 9. Has a more photo proof available but unable to download them;

Ckin alle 16 è molto tardi. Si poteva intanto usufruire del lettino ma ci è stato comunicato alle 19.15. l appartamento aveva una serie di problematiche (banale manutenzione ordinaria) che non sono state risolte (lampadine non funzionanti, due gas su 4 non funzionanti, TV non funzionante, mobile con stoviglie che servivano non si apriva(!). Lista oggetti compresi non veritiera. Non avevo richiesto asciugamani né lenzuola. All'arrivo erano presenti. Mi è stato detto di disfare i 5 letti(...). Sono rimaste lenzuola e salviette x 5 persone tutto il tempo sul divano ( ovviamente essendo state messe x errore sarebbe stato cortese ormai lasciarle, tanto x essere buttate su un divano 3 GG e ovviamente, spero, esser lavate senza usarle...mah) Eravamo in 5 e questi problemi sono stati decisamente fastidiosi.
