Great location, property still under construction, it will be a great property once they complete all the work, intermittent hot water, never available in the mornings. Be aware the beach umbrellas and chairs are not included with your stay, these are extra daily charges.

Very quiet and clean, we could park the car in front of hotel. Location in front of the sea.

Breakfast should be more varied and the beach in front of the hotel i think can be improved. For example the area between rooms and beach can be improved to look better. Also if the beach is private i think can be removed the stones in the water and put sand, but i don't know if this is possible.

Adequacy of hotel staff (excl. cleaning one), poor comm. in English, moderate breakfast (mould on the bread slices), smell of moisture in the room, availability of ants in the room, higher amount requested for payment at the reception at arrival.

We booked two rooms for three nights, one for our two daughters, and one for ourselves. The hotel was nicely located on the beach. The rooms were very clean, safe, and well maintained as was the hotel overall. The staff spoke very little English but were very friendly. We enjoyed the included breakfasts, and there were plenty of resuraunts nearby in walking distance. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the AC worked great and the bathroom and showers were roomy, clean, with good water pressure. We had floor level rooms which had outdoor private inclosed terraces where we could sit as well as hang up wet clothes or swim suits. Very quiet, slow paced and relaxing part of Porto Cesareo. The beach was right out the door. The hotel had their own private area of the beach where you could rent umbrellas spots and the rest of the beach is easily accessible. Mostly Italian tourist and families here which we appreciated. The water was beautifully, clear, calm, shallow and comfortable, in the heat of the day. We had a great stay! I wish we were still there and would visit and stay again in a heart beat.

Als wir ankamen wollte man uns erst ein Zimmer geben, das eine Stufe unter dem von uns gebuchtem war. Der Blick war in den Hinterhof und dort war überall Baustellenschutt und Müll. Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe wurde uns nach längerem hin und her ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gegeben, für das ich hätte 20€ pro nach Aufpreis zahlen müssen. Als ich gesagt habe dass ich nicht bereit bin es zu bezahlen haben wir es so bekommen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich aber einfach jung und nicht entsprechend ausgebildet. Englisch Niveau war sehr schlecht. Der Strand vor der Türe kostet extra, das Meer ist nicht sehr schön dort. Die Zimmer waren sauber und neuwertig.
