The room and finishes were super luxurious and the views were spectacular !! The host, Matthew. was very helpful and friendly.

The TV in our room did not work so we had to sit in the "common" area - we had to ask for soap and toilet paper. There were no complimentary bathroom products available (Most luxury accommodations do offer these) We had to use the hand soap in the shower. We stayed for 2 nights and the room wasn't serviced once.

"Disappointing"

This property is very deceiving. When you arrive, it gives the impression of Miami Vice, big spaces, very white and modern. Unfortunately under the glossy appearance looks like some neglect has crept in.

On arrival, it was pure coincidence that the property manager arrived at the same time as us, otherwise I think we would have been outside for some time. Eventually he retrieved our key from another property and left us. It was then that we started discovering little details that change your mind about the Miami Vice sleek appearance. Paw prints across the duvet looked like it had been washed and then a cat had walked across it when it was drying. The shower head had limescale on it, and the are above the shower had mould on it. Whilst the bedroom looked clean, these kinds of things do not fill you with confidence. The room itself had enormous windows, but we couldn’t drop the blinds down because the cord had been tangled into a spaghetti mess.

"Disappointed stay in beautiful house lacking any attention to basic needs."

Beautiful house in prime location.Bare minimum provided…no bottled water, no toiletries. Location was good.

To experience minimum attention to detail in such an elaborate facility.
