Very good communication, facilities were up to scratch and the Villa was in a fantastic location set back off of the road. Great stay I'll be back when I next stay in Sanur.

"Hidden Gem"

We loved our stay here! It was in a great location in the centre of sanur eat street. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean, had a lovely pool and good facilities. The villa manager, Wayan was very helpful and accommodating and we easily kept intouch via whats app during our stay. Highly recommend.

The only issue for us was the slippery gloss tiles throughout. Out near the pool when they are wet is really quite dangerous and you need to be very careful. Having said that, It probably wouldnt be such an issue without kids splashing water out of the pool onto the tiled area. The room came with several nonslip mats and they also provided us with additional towels to keep the area dry which was very helpful. We had a little bit of difficulty finding the room to check in as its tucked away behind retro restaurant... could do with some signage :)
