tidak ada penghangat ruangan..saat malam udara bener2 dingin smpe nafas berasap

Saat masuk ruangan tercium bau busuk sy fikir ada bangkai tikus atau cicak tp setelah sy beritau staffnya langsung di cari di mana sumber baunya, ternyata ada bungkusan udang bekas pengunjung yg duluan yg melakukan aktivitas memanggang, Terimakasih buat staff yg sudah membantu, next time nginep disana lagi

The view in the morning of the mountains is quite nice, and the staff helped me get dinner late in the evening.

It is easily the most fly infested place in all of Indonesia, and I've been everywhere. I had to switch rooms from one that was awash with flies and the best they could get was partially filled with flies. It wasn't just the rooms - the public spaces and restaurant made you feel like you were intruding on the flies' holiday destination. The room didn't have AC, only a fan, so after spraying a can of insecticide in the room, there was no way to filter out the air, because opening the doors and windows would invite more flies back in. It's also quite tricky to come and go, as it relies on this internal golf buggy service that's not always available. Then they served me stone cold, quite awful 'American' breakfast the next morning that was abysmal.

The bed was really comfortable + nice view + nice staff

When we arrive, the toilet was not cleaned. our bed sheets were a bit dirty (like some stains). Lots a bugs everywhere so impossible to eat outside, the only possibility was to eat on the bed. Lots of noise (one time until 2:30 am) and the people start to work on the garden around 5:30 am. The room was not soundproof. The breakfast is not the same everyday even if you order the same. The localisation is quiet far from everything if you don’t have your own vehicle.. No grab or Gojek nearby

De kamer was heel fijn! Goede douche met perfecte waterdruk. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en lief

Het was wat gehorig. Wat harde motoren die laat op de avond langs kwamen. Maar dit staat los van het verblijf zelf.
