Lovely bedroom

It’s strange set in a themed garden busy at the weekend dead for the rest of the time. The Food was always cold. There’s no restaurant near by you need a scooter to get around.

The location in the gardens was great and easy to navigate to waterfalls and lakes by scooter. We hired these through reception. Sunrise was unreal, people pay to go and watch this elsewhere. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Balcony was lovely morning and night. Netflix available on TV too.

Breakfast was pre made meaning it was a little cold on arrival, but still tasty and a good amount. Location was remote so things close early meaning planning for dinners and early nights. More info on availability of activities (such as ATV and the adjacent fun park) would have been useful on arrival, though we could have researched this.

Well where to begin...the room: there were rats between the walls that were scratching and making a lot of noice, the room was not really clean (especially in the corners) but the worst of all was the food. Breakfast were made from pre cooked things, the "fresh" fruit juice was mixed on the reception in super dirty mixer next to rats, there was only one retaurant reachable by walkign and the food was also bad. We both got bali belly....after 6pm you could order room service which we did and regreted it....it was frozen pizzas....it was very far from everything and it was pretty complicated to find a driver for a normal price....also the staff did not speak well english and it was hard to communicate, for this price we had way better accomodations in Bali...we were both dissapointed

- Good Hospitality, Nice clean Rooms, Helpful, responsive and friendly Staffs. We were unlucky that we just stay one night at this place and had to leave overnight for Lempuyang. This place is awesome in terms of villa, surrounding, friendly staffs. Please keep up the good service

Only problem is they dont pick up in time while calling them and doesn't use booking.com messages properly. But when you go to hotel, they are really helpful

Beautiful Bungalow for 2 persons, situated in the Botanical Garden, nice view, great breakfast, you can choose between several meals. Very friendly people, quiet Place, perfect for making Trips around. You need a motorbike or driver!

This is probably one of the best stays available in Northern Bali. After scouring the internet we split our time between two places and these villas beat out the other stay completely. There is a serious mold issue in most stays in Northern Bali and they have been able to make sure it isn't an issue here. The bed is super comfortable, the view of the Blooms Garden is incredible! But most importantly the service is over the top; they literally never said no to any request of ours and were ok working around our schedule which was not in the regular hours. If you want to explore Northern Bali (and you really should because it's beautiful) this is the best base hands down.

Everything was wonderful! We don't have any complaints.
