We stayed for 9 nights and had an absolutely carefree time. The staff were always attentive to my requests, and the hotel owner was personally involved, which made me feel truly welcome. Special thanks to Nisha, who was friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-equipped – exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet, daily housekeeping, and 24/7 reception were more convenient. Overall, this hotel's is made alive by it's personnel and deserves more than 5 stars. Warm people, excellent service, and spotless extra services. A sincere thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable! Good to know, the hotel is close to a huge mall, and close to train and metro station
