ZAOur host was so friendly upon arrival. She introduced us to the two staff members who would be helping us and had a wonderful sense of humour. The house had a fire ready for lighting upon arrival with plenty firewood. The bed linen and towels were crisp and clean. The host obliged everything that we asked for and couldn't have made our stay more comfortable. The units are exactly as advertised.
A toaster in the kitchen would be an added bonus.

There were a few issues with the house - the lights were broken in our room, no hot water coming to one of the showers . Because of this I found the accommodation somewhat over priced.
