La stanza era pulita e spaziosa, come da descrizione

L'host ha per errore fornito le stesse credenziali di accesso ad un altro cliente che è entrato in camera mia all'una del mattino spaventandomi e violando la mia privacy. Trovo intollerabile una cosa del genere, in quanto bisognerebbe prestare massima attenzione quando si forniscono i codici di accesso per le camere. Mi sono sentito violato e ho avuto paura. Inoltre, io e l'altro ospite, siamo dovuti rimanere svegli tentando di chiamare l'host che inizialmente non rispondeva al telefono, il quale alla fine ha dato l'accesso ad un'altra stanza.
